Join an incredible and supportive leadership team in a hands-on leadership role as the Clinic Director at the premier outpatient treatment center in the area!
We are in search of an accomplished Clinic Director with a rich background in parent coaching and clinical excellence, that is dedicated to fostering a positive and empowering environment for children and teens facing mental health challenges. This role offers the unique opportunity to help leadership provide proprietary treatment approaches in a premier facility, within a network of 15 states, providing comprehensive care for those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and other mental health issues.

This position will be located onsite at the Greenwood Village, CO Outpatient Treatment Center. Base compensation for the position is anticipated to be approximately $100,000-$120,000.

This position has an anticipated schedule of 11am – 7pm two days per week, with the typical schedule being 8:30am – 5:30pm on other days.

What You'll Do:

The Clinic Director will have a deep commitment to fostering transformative care through a proprietary family systems approach, emphasizing therapies including DBT, TF-CBT, Experiential, and Equine Therapy. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to:

  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity and implement effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead a compassionate clinical team, ensuring outcome measures and providing crisis management support, while ensuring adept documentation practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the onsite treatment team, clients and families to provide a seamless and client-centric care environment.
  • Innovate operational processes, elevating operational metrics to new heights, alongside and in partnership with the Executive Director.
  • Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit and mentor top clinical talent, fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, understanding that a fulfilled team is essential for providing exceptional patient care
  • Provide comprehensive growth and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all aspects of the clinic.

 

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Masters Degree: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a related discipline  
  • Fully licensed within the State of Colorado (must be licensed for a minimum of two years)
    • Ability to provide supervision to unlicensed clinicians
    • Two years of proven supervisory experience and/or demonstrated ability in building and leading a team of licensed and associate therapists
    • Three years of hands-on experience in operations/management/director of a clinical team
    • Ability to plan, implement and adjust a course of treatment as required.
  • Expertise working with families and clients, as well as an understanding of LGBTQIA affirming care and with a deep understanding of the intersectionality of marginalized identities.
  • Experience providing treatment to adolescents, teens, and young adults in a medium to high acuity setting that provides individual, group and family therapy 
  • Proficiency in clinical diagnostics and assessment instruments (such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7) to monitor client progress and outcomes of treatment.
  • Three years of experience with medium to high acuity populations, preferably in inpatient, residential, or IOP/PHP settings. 
  • Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team and high acuity settings.
