Join an incredible and supportive leadership team in a hands-on leadership role as the Enrollment Director at a premier IOP/PHP treatment center!
The Enrollment Director is a Master's level therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc) who reports to the Executive Director of the residential facility and sits on the Leadership Team. The Enrollment Director coordinates welcoming families into treatment, manages and directs the admissions process and authentically represents the programs to parents/guardians, referents, and prior treatment providers. This role offers the unique opportunity to help leadership provide proprietary treatment approaches in a premier facility, within a network of 15 states, providing comprehensive care for adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and other mental health issues.

This position will be located onsite at the Greenwood Village, CO Outpatient Treatment Center. Base compensation for the position is anticipated to be approximately $80,000 for licensed therapists and $70,000 for associate (non-licensed) therapists.

This position has an anticipated schedule of 11am – 7pm two days per week, with the typical schedule being 8:30am – 5:30pm on other days.

What You'll Do:

The Enrollment Director is a highly interactive position and serves as a critical link between parents/guardians, referents, and prior treatment providers. They ensure that the admission processes are completed within the designated time and all documentation is professionally presented. They may also provide direct services for group, individual and family therapy, and may be responsible for carrying a small clinical caseload in addition to their admissions responsibilities. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to:

  • Provide intake assessments for each client entering the program. 
  • Responsible for planning and overseeing?admissions to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Develop clear strategies for teams to reach census goals. 
  • Provide orientation for new clients and family members. 
  • Assesses clients for suicide risk and performs screening for suicide risk when needed. 
  • Provides care and monitors symptoms for individuals with moderate or high risk of suicide. 
  • Communicate clearly to team members about admissions related issues. 
  • Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary 
  • Coordinate between national admissions team and local therapeutic and administrative staff. 
  • Contribute to treatment team meetings. 
  • Provide direct support and supervision of multiple staff as assigned by Executive and Clinical Directors. 
  • Create reports for Executive Director showing trends in admissions. 
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision as needed.  
  • Provides individual, family, and group therapy as assigned. 
  • Assists the Executive Director with leadership duties including?planning and designating resources, following budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way. 

 

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent area of study is required
  • 1 – 2 years of prior experience in administering behavioral health assessments 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Full state licensure in Colorado that authorizes the practice of psychotherapy (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Proficiency in administering suicide screens such as C-SSRS. 
  • Flexible schedule. 
  • Skill in verbal and written communication. 
  • Skill in problem solving, prioritizing, and decision making. 
  • Skill in organization and time management.
